PRICE INCLUDES:
·         Land transfers by private air-conditioned vehicle with English speaking guide:
- Maximum capacity 7 persons per van, in Krabi
- Maximum capacity 6 persons per van, in Trang
·         Accommodation with daily breakfast, based on twin sharing basis (single supplement is applied if client wants to stay 1 person in single room. On the other hand, rate mentioned for 1 pax is for single occupancy).
·         Marine transfers to/ from the boat - hotel (by dingy)
·         A Chartered Sailing Catamaran Athena 38 under supervision of a skipper.
-    Maximum capacity: 8 persons per boat if accommodate in boat with 4 sharing bedded cabins. Prices from 9 – 16 persons are based on the 2^nd boat.

- Maximum capacity: 10 persons per boat if taking on day trip only (without accommodating in boat)

-    Maximum boats in fleet of Athena 38: 2 boats
·         Lunch on board per day except day 1
·         Boat Fuel for maximum 5 hours sailing under engine per day.
·         Boat delivery charged from Phuket to Krabi on day 1(client gets on board at Krabi on day 2).

·         All air tickets as well as all airport taxes.
·         Hotel’s early check-in, late check-out as well as supplement charge on the change in season which is separately confirmed.
·         Other meals and services than mentioned.
·         National park entrance fee and disembarkation fee (if any)

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rates: Net rate is in Baht, based on a per person basis

VAT and taxes: All rates shown are inclusive of the current VAT and taxes which will be shown on the invoice. Should VAT or taxes change, we reserve the right to revise our rate accordingly.

Payment Policy: Boat

When booked 90 days in advance:
§   25% deposit to confirm booking
§   25% payment 90 days before charter commences
§   Balance payment 40 days before charter commences
When booked less than 90 days in advance:
§ 50% to confirm booking
§ 50% balance payment due 40 days before charter commences

Cancellation policy:

Boat:
-    More than 12 weeks before the charter date, 25% of the total charter fee
-    Between 12 and 8 weeks before the charter date, 50% of the total charter fee
-    Between 8 and 4 weeks before the charter date, 80% of the total charter fee
-    Within 4 weeks of the charter date, 100% of the total charter fee or alternatively client has the option to pay administration fee and reschedule charter to another date.

- In each case, an additional administration fee of Euro 150.- is applicable

Child policy:
· Hotels: Child over 12 years old is referred as adult.

Validity: From 01 November 2006 until 30 April 2007 only.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival – Krabi (-, -, -)
In the evening, arrive at Krabi airport. Transfer from the airport to hotel in Krabi. On the way, stop to grocery shop to purchase Food and beverage for your on board supply (own arrangement).
Dinner own arrangement and overnight at Railay Bay Resort and Spa (Superior cottage).

Day 2 : Krabi – Phi Phi Island
25 Miles – 4 hours sailing under engine (B, L , -)
Breakfast at hotel.
10.00 am: Pick up at hotel. Transfer from hotel beach by dingy; embark the Athena 38, a 12 Meters modern Catamaran with 4 double cabins and 2 bathrooms. The boat itself is supervised by a skipper. 10.30 am: Start sailing, direction to Phi Phi Island (average 4 hours sailing). On the way, stop at Bamboo Island for snorkeling. Lunch on board – Free schedule. Not later than 5 pm: Arrive Phi Phi Island, transfer by dingy to Holiday Inn Phi Phi Island.
Dinner on own arrangement at hotel
Overnight at Holiday Inn Phi Phi Island (Garden bungalow).

3^rd day: Phi Phi Island – Lanta Island
35 Miles – 5,5 hours sailing under engine (B, L, -)
Breakfast at hotel. 9.00 am: Embark on the boats (not later than 11: 00 for a non-stop passage).Stop by at Koh Ngai for snorkeling. Then, lunch on board and free at leisure.Afternoon: Arrive Lanta Island, transfer by dingy to Srilanta Resort.
Dinner on own arrangement.
Overnight at Srilanta Resort (Cottage).

4^th day: Lanta Island – Mook Island
15 Miles - 4 hours sailing under engine (B, L, -)
Breakfast at hotel. Not later than 10:00 am to embark on the boat.4 Hours sailing time to Mook Island. Lunch on board and schedule at leisure.Afternoon: Arrive Mook Island, transfer by dingy to Mook Charlie Beach Resort.
Dinner on own arrangement.
Overnight at Koh Mook Charlie Beach Resort (Deluxe bungalow).

5^th day: Departure/ Mook Island – Trang
10 Miles – 2,5 hours sailing under engine (B, L, -)
Breakfast at hotel. Not later than 11.00 am: Embark the cruise.2, 5 Hours sailing time to Pakmeng Pier. Lunch on board.Possible swimming stops if departure earlier .Not later than 03.00 pm: Arrive Trang.Transfer by dingy to Pakmeng pier for disembarking.
Transfer from Pakmeng pier to Trang airport for flight (departure flight should be at 05.05 pm) to Bangkok.
