Just a quick message to tell you that we enjoyed a lot the 3 days we spent on Tony’s boat. He brought us to nice places meeting our expectations (white sand beaches, a typical Thai village and not crowded places to rest). On top of that Onyx boat is comfortable and offers spaces for every need. Bok, Tony’s wife, is a wonderful cook and we appreciated a lot every meal she prepared.

Dear Chelsea,
We had a great time partly because of the yacht itself but also, and in equal measure, because of John and his team. The whole crew were particularly pleasant and ever attentive. They also went to great lengths to plan things to optimize our trip. At the same time they were flexible and proactive in suggesting changes when these seemed advisable.
As for the yacht itself it is very clean and comfortable. It also has charm, that particular ingredient which is hard to describe but very much a differentiating factor.
There were two points which could do with being improved: the need for a larger shaded area on the rear deck and more efficient air con in the two large bedrooms. John was already aware of these points and is taking action on them.
A further point which is made in anticipation. Because the yacht is made of old timber and operates in a hot humid climate it will need to be very carefully maintained if it is to appeal to the top end of the market which it is, quite rightly targeting. This is not to suggest that it looks tired today, merely that this is something to watch.

“Nous voici de retour de Thaïlande...
La "révolution" (en fait, une simple manifestation d'un
groupuscule autour du palais gouvernemental) ne nous a absolument pas
dérangés. Pour tout dire, nous n'avons appris cette manifestation
que par les SMS affolés des familles et amis restés en France!
Nous avons eu un accueil agréable de la part de Asia Marine. Le
bateau était en très bon état et nous n'avons pas
eu de problèmes à part un manque de vent et une chaleur
tropicale (40° à l'ombre, eau à 35° !!!). La marina
est correcte avec sanitaires et un restaurant, mais elle est un peu éloignée
(pas de commerces à proximité), ce qui ne nous a pas géné
outre mesure !”

Hi there just thought we would drop you a line and let you know we are
well and very happy with our yacht, thought we would send you some photos
of us in our new port of Two Rocks West Australia, we have finally sold
our house and have an offer on our rental property as well, Alex just
has to sell his truck and we will be off.
We love our new life we have chosen we live aboard and can't wait to sail
around Australia and further if we have the opportunity. Some photos attached
of us just relaxing enjoying life.

We safely returned to Shanghai and still remember the great time we have
had on the Hanse 315 last week. What a great experience and vacation!
Dear Caroline: Thank you very much for arranging all this for us after
our initial contact in Shanghai. I guess we will meet again in a couple
of months at the China International Boat Show in Shanghai. I will also
try to arrange to have put a link to your company on the SBYC website.
Dear Michel: Thank you - among many things - for your great support in
the skipper briefing and during the two telephone calls I gave to you.
We certainly enjoyed all your support and advice and it is magnificent
to see how much you put into this job. We could see that you are an experienced
skipper! Sorry, for bothering you on our first night where you had to
leave the party early as some people have locked the boat and we needed
your help.
Thank you for the great advice to go to "Mama and Papa" for
dinner on the last evening.
Dear Mo: Thank you for your great support in organising this trip. It
was really generous from your side that we could already sleep on the
boat starting on Friday night when we arrived.

Hi Caroline,
I finally spoke to Louise yesterday. After the yacht trip she traveled
on to Viet Nam and Cambodia and just got home. She had absolutely nothing
negative to say at all.? She loved the crew!? Loved the food! The boat
was immaculate. She also said that the captain made everything happen
that they wanted (which I would think was no small task). She also complemented
your professionalism and assurance that first day when she was told all
the things she could not do. Everyone did a fabulous job and thank you
again!

Hello Thon,
It is Sunday morning and we’ve just arrived in Koh Samui without
any serious problem...
Everything went just fine and we got here after exactly 16 days from Chalong
Bay.
We stopped two days in Langkawi, two more days in Penang and two days
again in Singapore so we’ve spent 10 days at sea.
Thank you again for your professionalism and the great attention you gave
to Kaïsso Kaïa to get such a result even though I am not always
an easy customer ;-)

Our sailing trip on Monday was great! The change between sun and rain
was very interested and during the storm, when I saw your face, I believe

Thank you to you and your staff for the wonderful holiday we had recently
on the yacht Raew Raew. Everything ran superbly and our skipper
Gee could not have been more accommodating and with his knowledge of the
area we were able to do some wonderful snorkelling and visit some great
islands. Our cook, Peer( not sure of the spelling!) served up the
most delicious meals.
None of our party have had much to do with yachts so it was a new
experience for most and it turned out to be a real highlight. All in all
we had a great holiday and I could reccommend it to anyone. Thank
you again for being so helpful

I recently chartered your vessel Prowler 9000. The booking and handling
arrangements were excellent and were handled very well by Mr Arun Sukbunphan.
However, I must draw to your attention the very professional and extremely
helpful attitude of your boat Skipper Mr Wiswt Nlongdiao. This man is
exceptionally gifted and has such a willing and helpful nature he is a
joy to have on board the boat.
As you well know, companies are only as good as their staff, in Mr Nlongdiao,
in my opinion, you have an exceptionally gifted and outstanding asset
that should be nurtured and encouraged in every way, with staff like that
you cannot fail.
I do hope you will take the time to pass on my good wishes to Mr Nlongdiao
and to tell him of this letter praising his efforts on our behalf.
